Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Availability
Customers can request a return or exchange.

Time Limit
Requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order.

Eligible Conditions
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The item is unused

• Original tags and packaging are intact

• The product is not damaged, stained, or worn

Return Shipping Cost

• If the issue is from Fablix Store’s side (wrong item, wrong size, defective item):
  → We will bear the courier charges.

• If the issue is from the customer’s side (size selection mistake, color preference, change of mind):
  → Customer will bear the courier charges.

Wrong or Defective Item
If a wrong size or incorrect item is delivered,
→ Fablix Store will cover the complete exchange/return cost.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 working days.
